To be eligible for a return, customers need to take the following measures: ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, unmodified, and unpainted. The return item should be in the same condition as it was received. We offer a 30-day warranty for replacements. If you receive a damaged, broken, or unsatisfactory item, please contact us immediately with recognizable photos of the package label and item. We will require 2-3 business days for processing and shipping out the replacement product to you.

Once the returned item is delivered, it will take us one to two business days to complete the package inspection and initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The actual date of credit receipt by customers depends on the processing time of the banks.
