How to submit a claim?


If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us at info@superautousa.com using the email address you used to place your order. A member of our customer service team will assist you within 1-2 business days.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include the following details in your email:

  • Description of the Issue: Explain what happened to your shipment.
  • Photo Evidence: Include clear photos of the damage, such as the shipping box, shipping label, and the product itself.

What is Not Covered by Navidium Shipping Protection?

Navidium Shipping Protection does not cover the following scenarios:

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Information at Checkout:
    Orders with missing or incorrect details, such as phone numbers, customs-related documentation, or address information, leading to issues like undelivered packages or returns to sender.

  • Delivery Delays: Delays caused by the carrier or other factors beyond our control
  • Unshipped Orders: Orders that haven’t been shipped yet, including pre-orders or delays during high-volume periods.
  • Customs Issues: Orders held in customs. If customs payments are refused, return-to-sender fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
  • Stolen Packages Without Signature: Packages marked as delivered but stolen where no direct signature was requested at the time of delivery.
  • Carrier Refusal or Errors: Issues caused by the carrier refusing to deliver or mishandling the package.
  • Force Majeure: Delays or losses caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
  • Customer Negligence: Damage or loss resulting from improper handling, storage, or use of the product after it has been successfully delivered.
